Why do you charge tooling and set up costs?


​We charge tooling because we spend a week hand-crafting your master pattern so we can manufacture your order to the highest specification. Don't be fooled by other companies without tooling costs as often they use print or laser based processes to brand an existing product. Everything we make is formed in metal and painted by hand – to your specification – because that's what we do.
