What type of artwork files should I send?
We prefer an Illustrator file. Editable PDF files are fine too. But if you send image files like tiff and jpeg that will require re-drawing, we will charge for the artwork time in addition to tooling and set-up costs. This is because we need a very specific file for tooling the master pattern. You can upload your artwork file and send it to us by completing our contact form here.
